Is there a product out there locally in southern Ontario that I can use to recharge my CAI filter? Shipping from CAI is almost as expensive as the kit.

This is from CAI:
The filter comes pre-oiled, I don't see any problem with how you cleaned it. If you want to recharge it we sell recharge kits, they are $14 and include both a cleaning solution, oil solution, and recharge instructions. You don't necessarily have to re-oil it, but a properly oiled filter will have better airflow, especially when it is dirty. Typically a recharge is not needed until after 20-30k miles, but it is dependent on driving conditions. Freight can be estimated on our website, it will be flat rate shipping fee and ship vis USPS. I've used the K&N kit several times on my Rotofab filter. It does a good job and works just fine.
