I have a chance tomorrow to drive an Orange/White stripes, black interior,
1SS
Midnight Silver wheels and 6 speed LS3.
The dealer has on order a Cyber Gray 1SS L99 that I was holding for. I do not have a deposit on it, just first refusal.
I have driven an L99 but never a LS3. I've kicked around both in my mind first wanting one then the other.
I never considered the Orange, but with the white stripes it's a nice combination.
What should I expect with the LS3 ? If you were a first timer again, what would your expectations be ?

I can't comment on the LS3, but you can NOT go wrong with the IOM w/ White Rally Stripes, it is totally stricking.......now, if you don't like attention, then never mind, but if you don't mind, it is the ONLY way to do.

Expect to wonder exactly how fast that thing can go, cause rowing through the gears it seems like there is no limit.

I was on the fence as well L99 vs LS3....I took the plunge and got the LS3 and haven't looked back...it's an awesome engine. Enjoy the test drive, and unless you want to drop 35K tomorrow leave your checkbook and credit cards at home (I didn't and you can see the result below :-0)
