LED Headlight flicker

Good Evening Guys,

Just picked up a 2015 SS about two months ago. About a month in, i purchased some OPT 7 brand LED headlights. I had them on a previous car of mine and they worked like a charm, never any problems.

Two days ago, the passenger side started to flicker a little bit and even would turn off for about 5 seconds then come back on. I figured maybe a connection was loose so yesterday I checked both sides and all wires were snug.

Tonight on the way home from work, the passenger side started flickering again and then the drivers side started doing the same thing. Was wondering if you guys had any ideas as to why this may be happening?

Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You need anti flicker capacitors on them. Easily found on ebay, about 10 bucks

After purchasing Opt 7 Footwell Lighting I will never buy anything Opt7 again. Junk Electronics!

The kit came with ECM Capacitors/Polarity Flip Adapters. Is that the same thing?

Thanks for the info.

I had opt7 too. They were good for 3 years until one bulb burnt out.
