BMW's and Mercedes drivers

So I was on the freeway on my way home from work tonight when this young kid pulls up next to me in a little 300 Series BMW. He looked at me reved his engine a couple of times and was trying to get me to race him. I wanted to just open her up give the kid a run for his money, but I know better then to street race. I've seen too many bad resaults from street racing.

Here is the thing, I have had my car about 10 months and work later hours. At least four other times a guy in a BMW or Mercedes wants to challenge me to race. The other thing I noticed is that the guys driving the Challengers and Mustangs just look and appreciate the American muscle.

I love mercedes don't get me wrong. But why would a bmw 300 series ever try to race an ss. Thats just asking for a beat down.

I've found that getting revved at is more a function of driver age than make of car.

Sometimes they just want you to rev back so they can hear your car. Do that and if they go racing off don't follow them. They can have your speeding ticket lol

I bet Amish people get their horses to whinney at each other when they stop side by side. It's ingrained in car culture, has been forever. I love when people rev their engine and I take off slow, they hate that. Typically when people want to race me I apply the brakes and let them know I'm not interested. It's a nice feeling that an SS can take down the majority of what's on the roads, and you don't have to prove it.

I find that most BMW drivers just go slow in the fast lane and absolutely wont move right. I hate BMW drivers.

Can't stand them.........their smug look on their face, their arrogance, their self-entitled stance on life. They think they own the road and it's pathetic.

Now with all fairmess there are good BMW Drivers out there who can't stand being generalized as the rest. Same with drivers of all makes and models! HOWEVER from MY PERSPECTIVE, the AVERAGE Beamer Driver takes the spotlight as the biggest prick on the road.

and I used to think Prius drivers were the worst but as time goes on they tend to signal and let you know where they plan on moving to next.

Back in when i had only had my Honda, a coworker of mine (another Civic owner) said the Acura dealers where the same..stuck more like..he was looking at a car for his wife...they were rude self entitled etc etc...funny thing though is they were in denial that Acura was a glorified Honda even though the car parts had a HONDA stamp on it.
