It runs consistent 11.8-11.9s with only power mods being a Airaid CAI. It has a big stall, gears, tires, driveshaft, control arms, adjustable shocks, differential, etc. It is tuned and setup to 60' and does consistent 1.61-1.62 60's. The next fastest mustang was a vortech car that made 700rwhp and ran 12.3s. Then the whipple one running 12.6s then the rest never broke into the 12s. So by the logic you see in this thread, an Airaid CAI is the ultimate 1/4 mile mod for a mustang and superior to blowers and turbos since I ran better times. Ignore the fact my car traps 114 and they were all 125+. The fact that my car is setup well, and dialed in to race 1/4 mile doesn't mean an airaid CAI is the best. Hell just tweaking my suspension and zero power mods I went from 12.2 to 11.8s. So if you can't hook you aren't going anywhere fast, no matter what power adder, but keep in mind 1/4 mile times are a complete car setup and more than just slapping on a power adder and hoping to be fast.
It's just not fair you pointing out how fast dialed in Mustang 5.0s are with the driver mod. I chased one with the wrong car. Most Mustangs, even GT500s, are fair game for my slow TT 1LE. Even a manual Hellcat moved in back of me in the line up to the start line who was going to run me. But those Fox bodies are murder, especially the Chevy powered ones.

Not AGP but very similar set up, since 2009!!!! I have drag raced my car since then, broken all kinds of parts, I like to drive to and from the drag strip, so my setup is not radical....run low 10's all day, once it went 9.99 but I wasn't driving....hope it helps....

This is what it does to my 18" tires!!! A nice wrinkle!!

I'll Let you know. I'm putting the AGP kit on my car. Going to be a couple of weeks before I get it done and to the track.

At 11psi my best was 11.419mph at 129.45mph. I bounced the rev limiter in 1st gear 4 times as I shredded the tires (I'm still figuring out tire pressure and temperatures). HOWEVER, at Bandimere Speedway for that run the Density Altitude: 8,901 feet. I'd love to see what it would run at sea level!

I was wondering if you ran in the high 10's without a cam change? If so that is awesome, I see where you said you gained 50 hp. later, but you have been laying down 10 sec passes for sometime.

At 585 rwhp was on stock fuel pump with bap and injector that came with the Whipple kit. Cam and Whipple was done at the same time. Ran that for about two years.

I did twin pumps and 80lb injector with a retune and a lite spray of meth for cooling at WOT 2 year ago and gained rite at 50 more HP. Been playing with the Whipple for 4 years.

That's good to hear because you always here the Turbo guys say it takes a cam for the supercharger cars to run in the 10's, I did the cam at the same time like Mr. NASTY so I never got to make any passes with just the supercharger.
