Buddy called Saturday afternoon and said "Let' take the Camaros to Memphis Sunday." "Sure" I replied.
Sunday morning we headed to Memphis. IOM RS/SS 6 spd with White Stripes and IOM RS/SS with Black Stripes. Awesome sight running down the intersate.

It was cheaper to register for the car show and get in and besides you got preferred parking and had you car at easy access. So we entered the car show and then set out to watch the drags.
It was too cool. Even saw the jet car go almost 300 mph in just over 5 seconds.

What does this have to do with Camaros?
Well I received a Top 20 LSX Muscle Car Award

and
The Best 2010 Camaro Award

The Camaros were not running.
The drag event was the NMCA (Muscle Car Nationals) World Finals sponsored by Edelbrock.

I saw your car parked in the show, looked great! I believe a Magnacharger equipped car from Livernois was running prety consistant 11.40's, Robin Lawrence had the hotrod test car making passes but I didn't see any times.

We had our new Harrop supercharger equipped setup on hand, but didn't make any passes. All in all it was a great show!

Missed the Camaros running. Would love to have seen them.

Can not wait to get the chance to see what mine will do on the track, stock and then go from there.

i shut down my booth and went in to the grandstands just in time to see some one in a black 6spd car ran an 11.01 at about 3 sun afternoon...don't know who it was..just before that livernois ran an 11.02. it was a great show and couldn't count the 2010 camaros there were so many.
