I had a 2015 GT. The only thing I miss!
Is the shaker. The boom box in the trunk. Anyone do this to the camaro?

Mine has a LT1. That's all the boom and shake I need!

I think you may have missed my point. I'm talking about the fire breathing 455 hp V8 under the hood (LT1) not the car model (LT).

OP, Adding an aftermarket subwoofer will give you that shaker effect, but I bet you already know that lol. Aftermakert can sound better 90 percent of the time. It all depends on the brand, model and size of the subwoofer, also the amplifier. Don't forget that the size and quality of the subwoofer enclosure plays a big role in the way a subwoofer performs. Making a good enclosure for the Camaro can be tricky due to the size of the small trunk opening

I'm actually really happy with the factory Bose system in the 2SS. That said, a little (or lot) of extra bass is always nice! The sub thump harness sounds like it will be the easiest/best option when it becomes available.

I'm not thrilled by the bose system; its nice and offers a good quality balanced sound, but I'm a basshead, I like my music to bump, and that is something that the system doesn't do well.
either way, I usually find myself lowering the music's volume just to hear the sound of my engine roaring lol that's all the music you really need

I am not into tons of bass either. I like very precise, accurate sound. Took more time to tune this system than it did to install the wheels le system in my wife's car. The results were worth it. It is my daily driver. Might as well enjoy the drive in all respects. (And I listen to talk radio about 50% of the time lol)
