Update.....after much debate on me fixing this myself or letting the dealership fix it. I broke down and let the dealership fix it. They had to replace the passenger mass sensor which is the mat in the seat part#20972507. They brought the old one to me and it did have a tear in it which I did not notice when I took the seat out before. Anyways $688.84 and 1-1/2hrs later it is fixed.

Good call. Airbag issues get tough to diagnose and repair properly.
