I'm putting my Kooks on now. Does everyone use the new bolts that came with them or resue the old bolts?

Re-use the stock bolts. Put a little anti-seize compound on the threads, tighten and torque from the middle out to each end and you are good-to-go. You can re-check the torque after a couple outings (heat-up and cool down cycles) just to be sure but, you should be ok.

ARH sent OEM gaskets with my headers in 2009 and I used OEM again when I replaced the lifters. Haven't had any issues. I don't remember the torque value but 18-22 ft/lb sounds about right.
