The Catback/Axleback Exhaust Poll- What are you running..and how do you like it!
Like the title says...select, which brand you have, and provide some feedback on how you like it. I thought it would be helpful for anyone on the fence.
Again, when selecting the brand, this is for your brand catback or axleback only. I am trying to make the most popular V8 brands options..sorry if I left anyone out. |

I have a SOLO axel back on my SS LS3. Great becasue it is made to fit a convertible which has extra braces to work around, The sound is pure muscle car and I love the "gurgle" when decelerating

I'm running ARH - front to back (LTs, HF cats & mufflers). Nice complement to the cam and other bolt-ons. Deep tone at idle - big, good noise at WOT.

Running Flowmaster axel AT. Its awesome at idle. Great V8 rumble but i wanted louder. Maybe should have gone catback or with the outlaws. Heard those are louder than the AT. Over it sounds great when i let someone else drive her good ol V8 rumble

Corsa is great quality, sounds good and no drone. I do not recommend the 14952 system. It does not hide the AFM noise. Anyone with an L99. Get a good tune on your car. Then get the Corsa 14951 system. The XO-Pipe Assembly does not have the big resonators. Alot more clearance above the tunnel brace and a little more sound.

Borla ATAK sounds awesome 3000 rpms and above. No other mods. In sixth gear at highspeeds you can clearly hear it. Sometimes it can be annoying on longtrips but it can be easlily be drowned out by the radio. I dont't think it has drone. I honsetly dont know what drone sounds like.
