No idea. lol. Sorry...but check out the two or three threads in the V6 FI section...surely that info is in there somewhere!

ive been thinking the same thing.just increaseing bore and stroke a modest amount could really help but its gonna need a tune big time.

being aluminum matters not provided its a well designed crankcase
and i think this one is...of coarse i dont know...

i have boared and stroked dozens upon dozens of harley motors with great
results..ther all aluminum..and aircooled to boot.

Nope, heads aren't on yet, probably in the fall when I don't melt in the garage installing them.

You would definitely want to look at improving air flow with the heads, as is, I don't think anybody has installed bigger valves yet, as the design is already pretty tight with valve locality to each other. Take a look at some of the pics from when MattD. ported mine, need to find a set that could work overhead cammed and then fit next to each other in that tight pattern. Now, porting improved airflow an additional 43cfm, but on a 4.0, that might still not be enough to truly take advantage of that increase in displacement.
