12hp at 98 degrees... looks good!!

Do you have more pics of the kits (Polished and Black), would they be in the same price range?

I was interested in CAI but this one could be just the same.

Louvers on the Cover: While driving any vehicle at a moderate to high rate of speed, air pressure builds up under the hood. It is eventually forced around the engine, along the firewall, and out the bottom the the car. The same thing happens to the air box, air enters at a high rate of speed and whatever air is not used in the intake process, builds up pressure. The louvers work as pressure release vents to prevent turbulance, allowing fresh air to pass through the air box. Plus they look really cool!

When we engineer our intakes, we keep our short/long fuel trims to factory like specs. This keeps the computer from correcting any fuel or timing perimeters. The fuel trims for our short ram are near identical to the cold air system that Jannetty tested.

Injen you guys are fantastic, you can make cold air intakes that do great while also keeping the factory fuel trims inline...i had i volant on my silverado that made my fuel trims go to -14% from +3%. Its safe to say ill be getting an injen when i get my money together!

Our short ram intake is currently only available through Jannetty until further notice.

Well...that myth, "an intake is just a pipe and filter" ...is wrong! I wish it were that easy. As cars get newer and emissions get tighter, it gets harder and harder for us to generate any horsepower and keep the ECU happy. We are always trying to come up with innovative ways to engineer the best possible intake available on the market!
