Sound issues

After replacing my factory head unit I have very little sound out of my speakers. I have to turn the volume all the way up and it is still very faint while driving with the windows up. I would compare the volume on 40 to the factory head unit at around 6-8. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this. I have the KENWOOD 6706s with the PAC unit.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. That worked. I have never regretted changing out a factory head unit until this one. Now I don’t regret it.
