I ended up going with the flowtie on mine, left the 1LE badge off for now. I think I like it plain like this.

Yes, it will. I installed my z28 grille yesterday. I removed that hideous chrome strip, but you can remove the middle piece and keep the corner pieces above the headlight.
I love mine. Looks awesome. Eventually will have the holes left by the strip filled and painted. I just need a flowtie now. Ps removing the RS grille from the fascia is a HUGE pain in the ass. |

I did not want chrome strip so it had to go.  you could always paint or plastidip the ends of strip as well.I'll post some pics when I get home to clarify. |
