With the flood on the market, it seems that everyone has a supercharger on their camaros, lowering and decals.....

Where is the "sleeper", a 2010 Camaro with some ridiculously large stroker motor thats N/A at?

(If I am remembering correctly there is possible to get a 780 ci stroker...... Will double check)

Specs

780
Although we doubt we'll ever see one of these in anything that remotely resembles a street car, we sure hope someone proves us wrong. By spreading out the center mains in its 5000-series aluminum block, Brodix has increased the Rat motor's 4.840-inch bore spacing to 5.000 inches. In conjunction with a 11.600-inch deck and cam bores that have been raised a full inch, this behemoth can ingest a 5.500-inch crank. Matched with a 4.750-inch bore, that's good for 780 ci. The truly wacky part about it is that Callies stocks the cranks needed for this combo in its warehouse, although custom pistons are a must. Brodix has a set of heads that flow 557 cfm and will bolt right up, and Brodix is currently working on an intake manifold as well. At a hair under $7,000 just for a block, a combo like this is cost-prohibitive, to say the least.

With the advent of smaller superchargers (the ones that don't protrude from the hood), ones that don't 'whine' as much, and turbos that don't have a huge blowoff sound... those cars are your sleepers. You can have a completely stock camaro with a bolt-on supercharger/turbo and not be able to know any difference while driving next to it.

Even with a stock exhaust you can still hear the lope of a radical cam. Unless the car isn't running, then both types will be 'sleepers'.

Crazz28 on the boards here is in our local camaro club and he just had twins installed. The car looks and sounds completely stock... but it pulls like a rocketship. I feel sorry for the guy that thinks he's lined up on a stock camaro haha

I agree with Rouge Leader. Who is to say what Mr. Yenko would have built in 2010. But then again, The Yenko's are working with NICKEY CHICAGO closely and what they have created is a piece that Mr. Don Yenko would be proud to have his name on. Any garage monkey can "wrench on parts", but these guys take the time to test and retest with alot of research with what works best over all.

There are a lot of people that will stick on a sYc tape stripe or embroidery on a car. There is only one continuation Yenko series that the family has 'blessed' and it is the Nickey Chicago series. Stefano, please correct me if I have not correctly stated this.

IMHO think the tuners that are selling bolt on blowers and calling them hot rods is insane, i mean really anyone can bolt on a blower no matter what the type, its cheap and lame. say what you will critize what you will. ive always been a fan of pure displacement and natural horse power. everyone talks about the ls9 being the greatest thing in the world i disagree, i mean absolutly a great design by gm and a cool looking piece, but why does ferrari use na to make its hp, i dont see an enzo with a blower. for all those that build big inch motors makeing silly hp i commend you. for all the rest its pretty cool to have a blower but not my thing, nicky chevy i give you for your syc nice n/a motor

Here is a real LS7 427ci Nickey specs Stage III Supernatural getting a few upgrades.

This commemorative Yenko, the only 5th generation Camaro ever approved to carry the Yenko name plate, will be on display and RACING at the Super Car Reunion, in Collinsville Illinois, this labor day weekend.

Stop out and check it out in person along with a bunch of other new and Vintage Supercars!
