You guys should seriously take a look at Brisk Silver Racing plugs. I have been using them for 2 years under boost with no issues.
I spoke with Brisk at SEMA in depth about plugs and learned something very interesting. According to Brisk, a silver plug will not only conduct better, but will never cause detonation. It will melt before it will get hot enough to glow and detonate.
I thought that was an interesting tidbit and something that would make me feel better running it.

Jamie... good luck with this build. I can only imagine the frustrations you went through this season. I also had a tough season although my new engine performed flawlessly. Maybe too well as I broke drivetrain parts every time I went to the track.

Was actually waiting to see what Don prefers. I'd throw the TR7IX in that I originally had with blower but he might have other ideas.
Stop thinking on your own and do as the master says.

I thought burning plugs out was how the upper crust of society changed them....

8's are good. I ran the BR8's all season. Never hurt a plug at 1000+rwhp.

I've never had problems with the TR7IX's either.

We just won't run GM plugs in FI cars.
Now you did it. You just screwed up my whole world. You can't tell a person used to no choice he now has 5.
I'll let you decide when it's in your hands. You can surprise me.

Try a different plug in each cylinder. Surely that has to be the best way!

Surely you can't be serious. I've actually heard of it being done but using 2 different heat ranges not 5.

I say let him use your car. New shop new R&D. Don did say he looks at it every day and has more ideas.

I think we should try glow plugs in Jamie's car. It'd be nice to see if it could be done.

Let him learn from his own thought process. His pockets are deep enough for more engines.

This is me dropping the car off at Dons. I've already been sucked dry.

That truly blows. You're the one usually doing the sucking.

There's a void in his mouth ever since he left Ted. He's just trying to fill it.

There will never be a ZR1 plug in anything I own or a shitload of other gen 5 owners that had moved over to Don as well.

Nothing to report right now. Everything has been taken apart and we are waiting on parts. Honestly, I could care less how long it takes. It was such a disappointing year both in results and pissing money away. The break from this car is really needed now. I'm sure once things pick up I'll get more anxious but right now I've all but forgotten about that money pit.

I do need to get my old block from the other shop one of these days before they sell it on me!!
Since I am still running ZR1 plugs in my car. I will take any that you didn't melt yet.
