I have a Maggie, Kooks long tubes, ported throttle body, rotofab on my LS99 and I am getting 521HP and 561Torque... I have large 20 inch wheels taking up some of the HP. I also changed out the fuel pump to the ZL1 pump which has helped a little. I am using a 3.2 pulley, but before everyone thinks i should get more, I am in New Mexico at almost 6000 feet. I agree your numbers seem low based on what I have read, but from what I am learning there is so many diffrent variables from weather to your tires that could have affected that number
