Did i miss anything?

hey guys, I will be going FI sooner rather than later and I believe i have everything in order but just wanted to double check to make sure i have no problems down the road. current mods are as follows:
-headers no cats
-intake
-ported TB
-ls3 conversion (ls7 lifters)
-Lingenfelter GT9 cam

I am getting a maggie TVS2300 and will be sticking with its stock boost level. I am also getting a zl1 fuel pump. I won't be taking this car down the 1/4 mile until i upgrade the axles because my 575rwhp goal would just murder my stock axles. Just want to see if there are any recommendations anybody has on what else i should do to keep my car reliable and safe post-SC install. Thanks, your input is appreciated.

Only thing I can see you're lacking is the adm fuel pressure control module. The zl1 pump does nothing without it. Other then that for standard boost you should be fine. If you increase boost down the road you may have to get bigger injectors.

Not to step on toes but the ZL1 pump does add more volume of fuel over the stock pump. You can get to 600RWHP with it with out a ADM module or BAP. But that's about it also it will only run at stock 58psi.
ADM module lets the tuner bump up the fuel PSI when the boost goes up very useful for tuning it does not add volume. The BAP lets the fuel pump use more power to maintain the set PSI if you are pulling more volume of fuel then the pump can put out and keep the PSI up the on stock volts.

If you going to stay upper 500 RWHP you will be fine with what you have listed. But who are we kidding HP is worse then crack. Always wanting more!

I have to suggest Larger injectors like ID-850s and an ADM fuel pump control module and limit of 600 RWHP for the ZL-1 Fuel pump.

The LS-9 injectors will run out about 520 RWHP on an Auto Car.

Ted.

I'm already getting bigger injectors as well but would the ADM FPCM give me much benefit if Im only going to be pushing at most 575rwhp?

Yes the ZL-1 pump is no better than a stock pump until you add the controller.

We did back to back testing on a car with 640 RWHP between the stock pump w MSD voltage booster and the ZL-1 pump and Voltage booster.

You don't need to buy ID injectors, they're a waste of money. If you tuner is worth his salt, he can tune whatever you bring in.

It is really not about the tuners ability, there is some very good reading here from some Very Prominent People in the industry.

http://injectordynamics.com/the-library/

There is a Lot more to Proper calibration than a Dyno Pull at WOT.

NO one can Create accurate injector data unless they have the Proper equipment.

I used to have the same setting as yours but with GT-11 cam kit and stock CAI.. My injector duty cycle reached 85% in cold engine and 96% when hot ..

I installed a ZL1 fuel pump and FAST Injectors 85lb/hr ... 530rwhp and 540rwtq (Thanks to Jessica, got great deals from her !!) .. Just don't forget to get yourself those Mickey Thompson 305's if you're running stock wheels .. You will really need them at this power ..

Because you're planning to go with the GT-9, you 'might' notice RPM fluctuation while decelerating .. (feels like the car moves forward when you hold the brakes and come to a complete stop, sometimes stalls and shuts down in stop and go situations or in traffic) .. a good tuner will fix this for you if you don't want to install a torque/stall converter ..

Hope you benefit from all the members experiences and feedbacks ..

Good luck !

P.S: If you're good with budget, go with ID850 ..
