Question on cam with an up coming FI build
So i did the GPI max kit this past winter along with a bunch of other things. Love the cam. Question is how bad would this max cam be for a blower? Ill be throwing a blower on this next winter and curious how bad it would hurt me to keep it the way it is. Love this cam right now

Big centri would eat that cam up.

Centri is what I'm planning on running. Pretty much the same kit you are running

Like Big Biscuits said, that'll play nice with a centrifugal. With a PD blower you wouldn't pair to something with so much overlaps, but centri's work nice with big NA cams. That's gonna be a rowdy setup!

Send it! I have 233/248 with my centri. Runs great besides my hot starts and belt slippage.

Hot start should be fix-able with proper tuning. Belt slip requires a mechanical solution.

Let me get some dyno numbers and I will sell you my kit. Not that I don’t like it, just have some different parts in the garage that need to be tested.

Big Biscuits - if you end up selling that kit, give me a shout. Definitely looking at some options for centri's and I like a lot of stuff ESS does with their kit.

Will do. I have a agp twin kit that I bought cheap and am itching to try it out. I want some hard data on how this kit performs with hp/tq numbers to back it up before I take it off. So far it’s a beast, and wastegating a centri does just what I thought it would.
