Better cooling and downforce but not my cup of tea. Knock yourself out if you wanna, it's your ride.
Hoping for an improved splitter that works with SS fascia but gives massive downforce. They're too busy making silly looking spoilers in 80 different flavors that do nothing. |

I think it would look awesome and was my plan until the rumors of the LS7 started. I like the 2014 front end.

I was going to do the same but now looking forward to the 2014 1LE. Like the ricaro option.

I don't think its crazy at all, if you truly prefer the zL1 front then I say go for for it. I was contemplating doing this myself, but decided I wanted keep the SS front bumper. I did however end up going with the ZL1 side rockers and rear diffuser.

Sure why not... there has been a TON of those swaps. I am just stoked that the 2013 1LE with the 5th Gen body is a one year run!! We need new verbiage. What do we call the refresh Gen 5.1?

Ha, I'm stoked about that too. I also think that the tail lights on the 2010-13 models look way better than the refresh.

Do you even lift, bro?

it's not just a pop off the old and slap on the ZL1 fascia is it? I thought I read somewhere there are some mods that have to be done to make it work.

I like to see the 1LE front splitter on a ZL1.

There's nothing in common with the 2 front ends unless you just mean aftermarket with a similar look. It would make little sense to use an add on versus remolding the lower piece larger for structural integrity at high speeds.
