How did you cut the diffuser? It is a very clean cut.

Doing some simple math, you spent around $300 to pull this off (unless I'm missing something). That's a great price and exactly what I'm wanting to do on my 2LT.
How about a short video sharing the sound/tone of what you just accomplished?? Looks awesome. . . totally interested to hear how it turned out.

Fellas i didnt cut the diffuser haha i bought a 1le diffuser for $25 off a member from me!
Ill try to get some really good videos with quality sound so all you can here it...maybe by next week kinda busy haha. Btw i spent around $300 with parts and installation...better then spending $500 something on a axle back with regular tips! IMO this the best route for sound & looks! |

the covers are nice, was also good cause they allowed me to pass inspection here. if they had been tinted i would have had to remove the tine to pass.

have to loosen the tail light a little then the top has hook like tabs and there is a part that slides under the tail light. they are fairly flush, i like them a lot. they cannot be stolen easily and if they are, they are not being reused.

Nice setup man. I have the same deal just haven't gotten the quad tips installed (yet).
Not to thread jack, but does anyone know if the 1LE diffuser and ZL1 diffuser are lined up for the exhaust ports the same? So if OP wanted to upgrade to a ZL1 diffuser would his tips line up perfect without modification? Thanks in advance |
