Jesus thanks for all the great comments guys..The pictures I posted were exactly as I described, My shop packaged the wheels and I am looking into that right now because they were no were in the world in that shape before they were shipped! I did get insurance on the wheels of course and I have bought and sold tons of stuff on here and ebay and never had any problems whatsoever my ratings are perfect with anyone muchless trying to screw anyone over. I will get with our parts and get on this asap, were there any damage on the boxes? did they not have covers over the wheels inside the box?

No major damage on the boxes.

Each wheel was sandwiched with cardboard within an individual box, which would explain the surface scratches.

But the pic above shows some deep gashes within the inner barrel, maybe from unmounting?

Thanks OP.

no way I personally seen the wheels and there was zero gauging on the wheels and no surface scratches for sure before they were packaged, not to mention the 3 guys that were there packaging the wheels. Where are the white wheel covers that were on each wheel? and also suppose to have been a cardboard piece in between the the wheel and the box, do you still have that as well?

If you look at this pic from the OP, you can see the scratches inside, same as the buyer is posting. So they where they prior to shipping, in fact even prior to dismounting.

2 of the 4 wheels have the white filmy wheel covers.

My vossens had the same covers, but they were also packaged in styro though.

As mentioned previously they were sandwiched with cardboard pieces. I have kept everything as is in the garage, waiting to hear from UPS.

If there was no damage to the boxes UPS will not do anything, nor should they. This is not on UPS, this is on the seller for not properly packing.

Im new here but the intiial post say's "no rash or scratches" take that for what its worth. The buyer recieved the box, the seller is responsible for the buyer to recieve items in the condition stated. $2200 is a lot of dough for some."scratched" up wheels, just saying.

Yeah I think the Buyer and UPS are in the clear on this. False advertisement IMO, but who knows, OP could come through and fix the damaged wheel or replace it. That would be the correct thing in my opinion..

Yup that's what I saw as well. No doubt someone either didn't look close enough or was told that his wheels were flawless when in deed that appears to be subject to personal opinion.
