Performance mods actually devalue a car because people that do performance mods generally beat on their car more than someone that just drives it. Personally I wouldn't buy a Camaro that had any mods done to it with the exception of an air intake and maybe an exhaust. My car is pretty much stock and it will stay near stock, if I felt I needed a faster car I would have bought a ZL1....well I still may do that in a couple years.

Keeping mine. I like the still cool styling, handling on/off the track, and the simplicity of the LS3.

Keeping mine....my daughter turned 18 and is a car nut......my 8 year old grandson want s it also.I want to give someone in my family something I only dreamed of getting. A low mileage original paint v8 muscle car in the perfect colour. Yes I know they make them everyday.....to those that know what I mean ..... to those that don't. ....well its not worth explaining.

All purchased brand new:
1979 Buick Regal Sport Coupe. 1990 Beretta GT 2004 Nissan Sentra Spec-V 2011 Camaro SS Buick went to the big boneyard in the sky, Beretta to our daughter. The Sentra was the only car I ever traded. I had no intention of keeping it when I bought it. I do a few small mods when they are new then drive the beans out of them. |

I'll keep my Camaro for a few more years. By the time, my son will be big enough to sit in the front, I am getting a Vette.

I bought mine to keep. I'll NEVER get out of it what I have in it and I don't care. It's one of those things I hope to take my future potential kids for a ride in and hopefully pass on to them if they want it.

You see the same pattern with Harley's
$22K for a new bike. $6K worth of upgrades. The bike comes up for sale less than 2 years later for $14K-$16K smh
