They say every 100 extra hp drop a heat range. Car made 700whp on 9lbs and 93oct. Now that I'm on 22lbs and e85 idk what plug I should have. Lol my tuner said 8s is what he thought was a good pick.

I made 1006whp at 13.6 #. I make over 1200 on high boost 27#. I checked plugs last night and mine look good.
I also run e85. All im saying it is worth trying for less than $30 a set. |

How much timing you running ? Also what's your plug gap?

22* and .024
I was getting spark blowout on high boost and I installed a JMS sparkmax I had laying around. I don't know if it cured the spark blowout because I am afraid to drive the car on high boost on the street but since I already had it, it did no harm installing it. I think its certainly your plugs being too cold. Put in some 7's and be done with it.

Well I switched to the NGK BR7EF plugs gapped to .025 and still getting misfires under high boost. Plugs look fine. Wires are new. Could my two step be causing the issue? Its the LNC 003 2 step

I don't know anything about the LNC but I suggest:
-checking the coils carefully to make sure there are no cracks -drop the plug gap down incrementally and see if you can get the misfire to go away -Are your valvesprings good? |

Yes disconnect it and check to see if your issue goes away. That box has been known to cause issues here and there.

Well I closed the gap to .018 on my #7 plugs and it seemed to have fixed the issue. Time will tell tho. These are fresh plugs so hopefully after I put some miles on these they still hold up.

Thanks for the update! Please keep it coming as you put miles on the car. I sure hope it’s fixed.
