The cylinder bodies themselves take 1 hour 35 minutes to rough machine and surface finish. Then they have two more processes they go through. We are still in the process of finishing the first process on a run of about 50 of them.

Right now the only one that is fully complete is the one that we have in our car. We have a few others, but they are all different than the one in the car and that you have seen sneak pictures of. We also have some parts that have to be sent off to be coated, and the one in our car didn't even get that treatment lol.

If you want I can post a picture to the Tick Performance FB page of the one that is in the car. Just keep in mind that it is not 100% what you will be getting.

I'd agree to the Facebook thing if I had an account still lol it does sound very robust though. I'm on the verge of ordering... I need a new one since mine has 76k on it and the pedal has sunk a lot on WOT runs lol wouldn't be a bad idea to replace with a new clutch as well.

How user friendly are the adjustments?

Very easy, If you go online and look at our 04-06 GTO kit you can get an idea. It will adjust in pretty much the same way as that kit.

it bolts directly in place of the factory unit and required no cutting or drilling. This new kit has had a lot of time and effort put into making it as simple and user-friendly as it can be.

Driven about 200 miles on the Tick Master Cylinder. My car shifts notchy at low RPM's still but high RPM shifts are noticably easier. I can quick shift easier for sure. I do believe my trans will need a rebuild to make it butter smooth. I have an early 2010 so I've read about many people with notchy transmissions.

Matt, Does this imply that the pedal release point will be higher and the engagement point will be lower?

I think it means the opposite of what you just said. For me its more of an on-off clutch now. Not much slippage now because a smaller engagement window.

That is right. We made several different bore sizes of this kit. After testing about four different sizes we decided on the one that you have now. It offered the best feel and engagement vs the stock unit.

With a pretty big cam yea its hard to drive around town. With the bigger bore its pretty much makes your cluthc on or off.
