Oh so your saying that ONLY drag racers and autocrossers need to be considered????? Auto cross cars can road course, they're meant to turn.

I agree with racer girl. Their are a lot more drag racers then people who will do the road course. I happen to be partial to road racing but hell I'd love to give drag racing a shot. Anyway this is silly, the camaro is a great platform that is capable of doing it all and looks bad ass doing it!!! The fest organizers will make sure all types of racers are taken car of!

I know there are more people drag racing, but I spent a lot of money on suspension parts for my car to road course, But I can drag race and auto cross it too. I also drive it to and from the events, but to say that only drag racing and autocross should be held is being pretty self centered and inconsiderate to road racers, . Think how it would be for the drag racers if there wasn't a drag strip, and they had to auto cross and road race. That's How it feels for us. There was only 2 fests so far that offered road course and it's because Doug and Michael made separate events at NCM Motorsports Park, and they had a road course in Arizona for Fest 2. I believe we had enough people at both events to pay for the track rental, because all the slots were taken.

And yeah my first post was to get a reaction and it did too! I'll also say that it needs to be out west to give the west Coast people some Love, I haven't traveled that way much and I like traveling in my car to new places. The drive is at least half the fun. FIND NEW ROADS!!!!!!

That wasn't self centered. I just clumped autocrossers and road course racers in one class. That's not being selfish at all. I get that people build there cars for one and not the other.

Not a very good location as it is in Northern Minnesota, but an awesome place to visit. BIR would make the Canadians happy!

Vegas is no sea level, but yeah, times would suck. Lol. But at least everyone's times will suck. Unless you are boosted or using nitrous, then not as much. It's all about the company anyway!
