I come from the world of Mopar so I am used to flat black everything. I think they are going to look cool. If they dont work save them un installed and go with aftermarket gloss black. That way they are on the window sticker and you still have them. If you ever sell and someone is big into original he just peels the gloss ones and adds the flat.

I was wondering about going to CGM stripes myself. However, I don't think CGM on Victory Red would look right. I think it has be a non metallic stripe kit on the Victory Red. I think because IOM is metallic the CGM stripes will look good on that color. Maybe the flat wouldn’t be so bad on Victory Red. I need to see pictures.

I'm so upset. My guy rebuilding my 68' just ask me today about putting flat black stripes on my car. And I told him no. I hate flat black and it needs to match my 2010. And now I find out that it's getting flat black stripes

If you want your car to be like Rick Hendrick's number 2 car, just call the dealer and ask him to change your stripes from VZG to B7W. As stated earlier, they will be factory installed so they will show up at the dealership with the stripes already on it.

The Black Rally Strips I saw today were flat, they looked good.
