Need a number to call other than my dealer - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. I was wondering if there's a number I can call other than my dealer to get information about my ordered 2010 camaro?

There is a Customer Service 800 number listed a few times throughout this forum, but I'm not real sure what kind of information you would be getting from it if any at all.

Some people have reported getting information about their orders by calling that number, while others have reported no help at all or bad information.

Roll of the dice I guess.

There are some good channels of information that only dealers have access to. If you're not having much luck with your own dealer, try showing up with smiles & donuts the next time you ask for info.

Try working your way up the ladder at your dealer, kill em with kindness first, if you fail to get anywhere that way, let them know your going to corprate. Last thing a dealer wants is to look bad when GM is chosing which dealers to close. I say work your way up the ladder so if you go to corp. You can say "I spoke to so and so on this date and time and then spoke with their supervisor on this date and time......" so on and so forth. They will be more likely to help you instead of them hearing "my dealer won't give me answers"
