Ugh, pricey pricey for an SS. Imma gonna have to be prepared for a hefty down payment to keep the monthly payments within the 450 range.

I'm planning on putting approx. $15,000 down and expecting a $425-$475 payment at least... (That's on a $37,275 2SS...) Depends on the interest rate...

Their tile and registration fees are more than twice what they actually are for MD.
