Hey Breathtaker - It is the SLP ZL RTM Hood. You will not find this for sale individually because its part of their ZL specialty car package and is different from their aftermarket hood. The same with the rear diffuser, its an option on their ZL cars and was made based off the camaro concept. Everyone and then SLP will sell a "blem" ZL item on their eBay page.

All - I want to let everyone know that recent life events have come about to bring me to the decision to part ways with the Camaro.

I know that it isn't even done being built yet (about a month left) but I am listing it for sale on here in hopes that this incredibly built, one of a kind car will be one of a fellow C5'ers. I have listed below the carefully picked modifications that make this car a complete one of a kind solid car for both the track and for show. Not only is it one of only two ZL770s made, it is completely redone in Hugger Orange with painted stripes, all done at a top shop, and all done the right way. Yes, I know that I cannot sell this at what the car is valued at, but I'm hoping that I an give the chance to sell this to someone at an incredible deal. If you look at all of the mods this car is easily around 100K in mods. I believe that the price is more than fair. I also know that many can start saying, why spend this much on a car when there is the ZL1 and the upcoming Z28. I think those that have followed this build understand that there is so much built into every component of this car that justify the price. I will be placing a separate for sale post on the forum shortly and will place a link here as well. If anyone has a serious offer or inquiring please reach out. This could actually be arranged to be delivered to you from AltAuto/SLP.

The car only had approx 3700 miles on it, and with all the new components its practically brand new.

I appreciate everyone's concern. I know this came as a big surprise. Basically in short, times were good and then times got tough. I'm a small business owner that deals with the govt, this sequester hit us pretty hard. This amongst other things made me re-adjust priorities. Main priority being family. I need to make sure I properly align things to take care of what matters most.

This car was a fun build and very carefully pieced together. Someone will absolutely get an amazing deal for this, even at asking price it's a huge deal about a 40-50K worth of mods for free. Anywho, there will always be a time for cars, but for now, I've got to make the right choices and prioritize properly.

I really appreciate the kind support and reach out, sorry about the delay in response, been pretty busy trying to keep things together.

The best that anyone can help is try and put out a good word for the car. It would be great to line up a buyer here soon.

Thanks!
