Fuel Pressure Woe's With An E- Force.

Happy Chinese New Years all. Just wondering if I can get a more experienced opinion on my issue. In advance, I appreciate the input!

In a nutshell, Ive been dealing with this issue for a while now and cant seem to pin point it. A drop or spike (down) in fuel pressure as the car gets into boost (around 4000 RPM). Here's a little video I took to show the fuel pressure drop when in boost.

A little background of what's on the car and the fuel system

E- Force, stage 2 pulley, innovators west lower overdrive, (Tops out at about 10 psi), Flex fuel. Custom grind cam w/ ls3 conversion.

Fuel system- ZL1 pump, External pump (Bosch 044) activated by a hobbs switch at 5 psi, aeromotive regulator set at 55 psi, 1000cc injectors

The car put down 630 to the wheel, which this fuel system set up should be more than enough to handle the demand. The shop that installed it before I had it runs this setup with much more power.

I've replaced the ZL1 pump and the external pump to rule out those being the issue, and its still there.

Let me know what you guys think!

Do you have a fuel filter that could be dirty or too restrictive anywhere?

Awesome, thank you! had a regular Napa Cellulose paper-type filter that came with my squash fuel system and it was causing bad fuel pressure drop. Need at least stainless fuel filter or the best would be microglass fuel filter

Just opened it up and it also has the paper type filter, that was clogged with a good amount of "foreign materials". Gonna look at better material type filter, Thanks!
