New ambient lighting/door panel idea
Hey everyone, I am in the process of acquiring another set of door panels and dash panels for my LS. And was wondering if any one had used Glow in the dark paint inside the vehicle? I was thinking I would paint the new panels in IBM and pinstripe them with the Glow in the dark paint for a ambient lighting effect.
Or would it be better to spray the whole panel with glow in the dark paint? (Assuming the interior light and footwells can charge it) (If not I could just upgrade to the larger chip?) Opinions please! Thank you!

The paint would be IBM but the glow would be a bluish white tint, when glowing it should be similar to the aqua, and could apparently glow for around 3 hours..

doubt it would get enough light for it to glow. Why not just go the real Ambient lighting with the new panels?

They aren't ABL friendly. They are another set of LS. It was more of a thought process really. And True regarding the lighting but I figured I usually run with the windows down

Speaking of this, where can one find panels that will work on a LS for ABL? Do the stock rubberish looking ones come off? Is there a thread that addresses this? I have been searching but cant find crap other than threads that take panels that can be upgraded by sanding and running tubes or lights through them.
