I need a cigarette after reading this thread. I didn't smoke in my car until I had to drive it back to Tucson from Virginia. Too long of a drive not to...

It's your car. Do what you want in it. But I won't buy one that's been smoked in. I don't care to smell that nastiness!

If you want to smoke in your car, it's your car. My only issue is with people who throw their still smoldering butts out the window (for that matter, throwing anything out the window). If it's good enough for you, why isn't it good enough for your ashtray?

Someone said smokes are good for the environment, no need to worry if you toss them out the window. They decompose in approx. 4 days.

To each their own. I smoked in my last few vehicles, but I cannot bring myself to smoke in my new baby. Plus, my wife would have mt balls if I did

I don't smoke and don't let people smoke in my cars. But it's your car and body so if you want to smoke in your car have at it. I have no right to tell others what they should do.

Only car I smoked in was my Cavalier, that was about 5 years ago. I smoked only a handful of times but I learned my lesson when I burnt my seat, haha.

Nobody and I mean nobody will even think about lighting a smoke in my camaro.

Wow, this is so wrong. The filters are made of cellulose acetate which is a plastic. Plastics don't decompose very well. If you've every looked at the ground where smokers hang out, you'll see the butts are everywhere. They last more than 10 years depending on conditions.

First of all OP you are only 16 years old right? I remember you from the youngest camaro driver thread. I am 32 but I started when I was about your age and if I could turn back the clock believe me I would. Smoking is bad, it might not catch up with you yet but it will. Trust me
