Guess who is #6 on the stock 1/4 mile list.... this guy. That was with temp plates still on the car, much faster now with a 8.584 on my local 1/8 mile track.

Damn these cars are hard to hookup, I ran at 12.58@117mph (yes 117) with a 2.01 60' without spray last weekend with 50 degree temps. Slicks are coming next year along with some new suspension goodies from BMR and BC Racing. 10's will happen

With the DRs, suspension mods, light wheels, and clutch they hook up too good.

At what rpm are you shifting?

Shifting 67-6800, my latest tune limit is set @6800. My shift light is set at 6500 and a good portion of the time I bump against the limit with a little pop. My problem is an inconsistent launch. The car should be good for low 11s once I get it sorted next spring.

Damn! Lol. Isn't that kinda high? I have my shift light at 6200 but realistically probably shifting a bit later.

I am told the LS3 can safely rev to 6800. I think the stock limiter is 6,600?

I have been trying to see how fast I can go right now, but in the long run I will lower my shift points so I don't do the same thing to my engine I did to my diff.

1st pass today. 12.36@118.07 with 2.09 60ft
2nd pass today. 12.29@117.84 with 2.08 60ft

Custom cam, headers, cai, custom tune and 20" drag radials. Car made 522hp and 457tq.. Hope to get her in the 11's next week!!
