Anybody know of another manufacturer that makes these tailights for the 14/15 camaros, but WITHOUT that brake light delay issue??

I thought those were 6th gen tail lights, right?

It should be a normal GM part. You'd just need the conversion kit.

They makes these for the 14/15 camaros as welll.....phasetek website sells them....these are considered aftermarket not GM original. But these tailights look way better than stock for sure

I have seen and read of a few people altering them via resistor changes or what not for reduced delay, but nothing that eliminates it. I have seen no other manufacturers yet either.

I think the stock LED tail lights from the RS package look a ton better. I would never pay several hundred for that aftermarket garbage that can’t even light up properly.

Top pic is my friends car after we took out his non RS taillights and they look amazing but he and I agreed that the delay is beyond stupid.

He ended up putting a third brake light flasher in to make it look like the delay is normal but it’s not a perfect solution.

The middle pic is how I wish I could get RS tailights to look. I would probably cover the chrome strip.

The bottom pic is my car with the vinyl stickers on. Going to change them here after the holidays.

I still love the stock RS taiights for sure.!no doubt.... but in my opinion , the top gives the car a nice look!! And yes it's sad that this delay bullshit has never been fixed!!! I actually emailed the company about problem and alll they can say is "that's how there suppose to function".....I'm like well I've never seeens a car once on the road with a
Brake delay, all light up the same time🤣

If all you people stopped buying their cheap garbage then they’d have to fix the problem.

I threw those on my 2014 1LT Non-RS and I agree that they look far better than those stock lights that I had. I knew about the delay and also the lack of reflectors (my lights came with a couple of red lego-looking add-on reflectors that they actually wanted me to stick to my bumper).
Anyway, I have a couple thousand miles on these lights w/o any incidents or so much as a close call (highway included). Having said that, the delay is weird (no in-house QA or something?), and the sticky reflectors were just laughable.

Yes the delay is beyond stupid and the company is selling it as normal because nobody calls them out. One day it'll be the center of an investigation. Wont even matter that it's minimal. Someone will exploit it and win.

Your middle pic is just tinted RS lights. Guys around here just have someone paint them to get the tinted look.
