this is probably one of the coolest threads i have read on here. i'd LOVE to talk to the person who owned my car before me. i love it so much but never got a window sticker, or REAL reason it was for sale.

The note is awesome. It is a full page letter, heart and soul of a young man who loved his sweet ride. Brought tears to my eyes, even thought the getting out of the ticket part was pretty cool.

WoW... awesome story and connection w/ the original owner.

I too left a note in #8675 CGM 2SS by the air pump, but it was short and sweet... just an e-mail address so the furture owner could get the history. I know the car went to auction, but havne't heard a peep since.

Sucks about the deer but very nice to know all the particulars... And the FBOD sig is the coolest...

Man thats amazing. I remember doing some Internet sleuthing a few months ago trying to help him locate her. Really a great and touching story.
