Whip it out & tear it down, swap domed & relieved forged pistons and conrods, VVT phaser, decent cam, e85 / flex tune.
NA Ethanol and 13.5+ CR will get you at least +10% TQ, VVT will also spread it wide and want to spin for higher HP.
