Don't worry guys she got over it and is happy I got the car now that she saw how happy it made me. Been married 28 years.

Hello everyone. I got my cyber gray 2SS/RS in August 2009, VIN - 2G1FT1EW6A9121782 Order # NJWVG4 and was tracking it well enough to be able the meet the delivery truck at the dealership and watch my car get off loaded from the truck.
I ended up getting a PHD in car waxing learning how to wax my new 2010 Camaro, there is way too much to talk about on that topic, bottom line is I ended up using P21S 100% Carnauba and I put it on with my fingers. Now I’m getting to the essence of the issues I’m writing about.
Once I went over every square inch of the car putting on the wax I discovered a defect. On the number two side of the car one inch under the “C” of the chromed CAMARO emblem was a dent. This dent was from the inside out. It had to happen during the assembly process somehow.
Am I the only one that ended up with this dent from some sort of unusual assembly process anomaly? I’m not going to fix it, you can hardly notice it. I’d be more afraid that in fixing it, more would go wrong.
I have also noticed that my car was produced when GM was still GM and not Government Motors and I have a small square GM emblem down low on the side behind the front tire on both sides. I have noticed the newer Camaro doesn’t have that GM emblem. What’s up with that?
So I got a dent and an emblem, I still love my Camaro and think for an alpha model it’s a pretty good product. I fixed the spoiler bolts myself, no big deal there and have yet to look at the engine harness but only have 3,000 miles on her.
Still would like to know if that dent was a production anomaly.

Hello everyone. I just purchased a 2010 Camaro SS/RS Imperial Blue Metallic w/ Silver rally stripes and 2 tone grey interior. I have had it for 2 weeks and I absolutely love it, I get comments about it everywhere I go. We purchased a 2008 Mustang Gt in 2008 and kicked it out of our garage to put in the Camaro. We now have the Mustang up for sale!

Was looking around on the site and there is some good information here. I'm sure we'll talk soon. By the way it is #62 out of 250. I'll put some pics up when I figure out how to.

Took delivery of a black 2LT RS 6MT with inferno orange interior on Feb 6 2010 from Pinegar Chevrolet in Branson, MO. My company in fact bought 7 Camaros for a publicity stunt. 1 2SS 6AT, 4 2LT 6AT's with RS package 1 2LT 6MT that has the RS badges spoiler and 20"Rims a bastardized RS if you will and 1 2LT RS 6MT (mine) I was the last to take delivery. I'm coming up on 4 weeks and I have 850 miles on the odo. Overall I love this car.
