Procharger and CARB

Anyone in California with a Procharger kit on their camaro have any conversations with Procharger as when this kit is suppose to get an executive order number?
Other manufacturers have had their EOs for quite sometime and for some reason, besides Cali being a pain, Procharger hasn't cone through yet. I have been reassured they are working on it....the Mustangs are being worked on right now. Huh?

I read the Procharger website and this is what it states.

Unless otherwise noted, ProCharger kits for fuel-injected applications meet both EPA and CARB emissions requirements and are classified as 50 state legal.*

If it doesn't have the stock airbox, it's not CARB approved.

I understand that....that wasn't what my initial question was asking. This kit in California is nit approved yet.

Neither the Procharger or Vortec kits will be given a CARB number. Neither kit maintains the carbon filter in the air box and this retarded state will not grant an exception. That is why I have a Maggie.

Turbonetics had no issue reusing stock intake lid.

This wasn't the point I was making anyway...Procharger says they are working toward making kit CARB certified.

My (our) point was pro charger has "been working on it" for years now. The design of their kit makes it nearly impossible to reuse the stock airbox, which is required to get approval from CARB.

Turbonetics designed their system from the beginning to use the stock airbox, thus allowing for their CARB status.

I highly doubt that they are really working on it, cause it doesn't take that long to get these things approved.

No, Turbonetics did not use the stock air box, they only had to retain the stock lid which is where the carbon trap is. This is my point though....imo, all Procharger would have to do is mount the lid where their k&n filter goes, or make a tube similar to what Vortech had to attach factory lid.
