It depends on whether or not you have the performance exhaust option (2 outlet tips on each side)
The top number (22829476) is for the standard exhaust cover. The bottom number (22829477) is for the optional performance exhaust cover. Replacement of the part is not too tricky. It is best to have a helper to disconnect the 2 cable harnesses. Videos can be found on YouTube. The worst part is transferring the 2 lower cover brackets over to the new piece. You will have to drill out 2 rivets that are used to retain the brackets to the bumper cover. (Part 22 in the attached image)

Don't think there are any rivets to drill out but I can't quite remember as I added the zl addons mudflaps a while ago. But if there is you just have to pull the rear wheels off and drill them out. Also it is very easy 1 person can do it. No wiring harness connected to that piece. Just about 10 screws or so. I changed mine to the zl1 diffuser with the dual tips. Best of luck
