Illuminated cupholder inserts from diode dynamics?

Has anybody seen or installed these inserts from diode dynamics. Looks like it is illuminated from the bottom. They only show a picture installed on a Genesis coupe on the website.

You can choose ss or the bowtie. Not sure about condensation, that's why I asked if anyone had or seen them. Also wondering how bright they are. Don't want something too distracting.

I would say that they used waterproof leds with this. Looks cool but if you decided to change to something else ur screwed by drilling a big hole in the cup holder and water could leak past the design. Just my opinion, cool design though....

I have them in mine. Condensation is not a problem as the lights are farily well sealed. You will need to add double sided tape to keep them down and it takes 2 holes as the Camaro cup holders are 2 levels and these are two piece.

Looks cool, might have to order me some. Did you install them pretty much the same way the video instructed or did you do something different?

Pretty much as the video but less actually. I ran my wire up to the accessories port so they only come on when the port is hot. I thought about running to my footwells but I wanted them on when I was driving.

Looks good, Is it very bright? And does the inverter that hooks up to it make noise that is noticeable.

It is a medium brightness but not distracting most of the light is contained in the cup holder. I don't hear anything from the inverter.

These look awesome. Not so good with wiring, and unsure how I'd even hook these up. Do you have a diagram of who wires you tapped in to?

I wonder if you could change the LEDs in these to get them to be red.
