02/12/10 Update

Today, Renegade Performance added my Goodridge SS brake lines and flushed the system adding new Motul racing brake fluid.

I'll take some pics later and post them...

Also, I have not liked the feel of the suspension after the lowering and alignment - kept making clunking sounds when going over speed bumps and such. I sent off the diagrams that were discussed on the forum by Aaron Pdaft and others about what you needed to do to adjust all the bushings to greg and they adjusted the suspension. Feels SO MUCh better now and no clunking sounds!

Great job Renegade Performance! Great prices too! As Greg asked: "What's next?" Not sure yet...but there will be something! SC maybe? $$$$

Oh, Don't tell my gf I'm thinking about a SC - She'll kill ME!

Ported Throttle Body - 03/09/10

Ok, so I don't have to repost the entire thing. refer to Post #70 in this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=67424&page=2

maybe I'll put a picture or two here, but that post describes install and has pictures. I have talked with Brian and he will be porting my OEM throttle body that I am sending back and I will then reinstall it when it arrives.

Next - Hotchkis chassis brace (on order from IPS) as well as Pfadt endlink kit

Oh, just received my new Silver Steering wheel trim kit - included both sets of SWC - and 4 new wheel silver center caps. I'll be painting all of that Black Metallic soon and installing

New parts:

So much to do, so little $$$

More suspension mods to come - Coilovers anyone?

RK Sports Induction Hood

Ok, here are some pictures of the RK Sports Induction & heat extractor hood: Just got put on.

Sorry but the car is very dirty and I can't wash the hood, and can't wax it for a month :(

Renegade Performance did a great job! Good to meet Daniel also who delivered the hood to Renegade Performance.

Only installation issue was the passenger side where the washer bracket connected to the hood. The fiberglass was too thick for the connector to snap in, so they had to glue it in. You'll see one of the shots with paper towels pushed against the bracket so it will dry. I'll post under hood pictures tomorrow when the glue dries.

Other than that, an easy install and she looks great! i think I will get the side door spears painted in real IOM, the way I want, since that color is just beautiful!

I also will be modding the cover to the ADM CAI to allow air in from the air induction outlet.

Crappy cell phone shot at the shop:

03/21/10 - Updates

Ok, tried out my new Race Ramps Rolls-Ups They worked great! Was able to install the PFadt Adjustable Endlinks while on the ramps - no wheel removal, no floor jacks...

Also installed my original ported throttle body. I had wanted mine back since it fit better:

Size: 121.8 KB

The 1st ported throttle body, being mailed back so I can get my core $ back

Ok, the parts for the PFadt Adjustable Endlinks:
Name: DSC_4898Small.jpg
Views: 1276
Size: 238.6 KB

Rear installed:

Front & rear installed:

Size: 85.0 KB
Name: DSC_4905Small.jpg
Views: 1238
Size: 74.3 KB

I which the instructions were a little more detailed for the rear ones though - wasn't exactly sure where to put the spacer. The install went very smoothly with no issues. having the right tools helped!

Also, installed a rear window wing. I had seen one on another Camaro and thought it looked cool. We'll see...

Next: remove the side orange stripes; paint the 3 wheel caps. More suspension parts coming!

03/24/10 - removed side spears

Ok, here's how she looks without the side spears. Not sure which way I like it better, but it will stay this way for now as I'm spending too much $ on suspension mods right now
