Considering Callaway should have a copyright on the name "CamAero" from their '94 Callaway C8 CamAerobody, I'm surprised Hennessey is allowed to call it this.

John, have you looked into the legality of that?

Regarding the kit, I think it looks neat. It reminds me of a radio controlled car, because they usually have a base that extends outward from the body.

I was not aware of this. Certainly we will respect and abide by any other established copyright or trademarked product. We will take a look at this. As a matter of fact, I see the Callaway's at car shows on a pretty regular basis and I will ask them.

The parts in these pics are hydro carbon. We will debut the real carbon parts on the car at SEMA.

Our car will be on display in our booth at the show. The car is not in the auction. It could end up being on TV as the film crews do shoot video in the vendor display areas. But its not a sure thing either.
