Where is a good place to buy the Vmax black iceolator, that would be willing to ship to an APO address? Also, what is the recommened tuner/tune for the '11 V6? Id like to buy the iceolator and tuner/tune from the same place if possible.

For the black icolator, try this thread.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=381008

As for the tune, many have the trifecta tune, and plenty are waiting for the HP tune.

The LFX section has a similar thread and you will get more information from that one.

Good Luck.

That's is an interesting device. Have there been any threads where someone has tested it?

There have been a few good threads on this product. Do a search and you will find them. Some of the threads are long. Many have reported how much they like the device. Including my self. I did some 0-60 mph testing with my Beltronics GX2 Accelerometer and posted the improvemnts found. Between stock and setting 9, I found as much as 3 -5 tenths of a second gain in the 0-60 runs.

.3-.5 seconds off your 0-60? Damn that seems like a lot for a small upgrade... does this go along with a tune? Because a tune could help get the same benefits. Or is this on a strictly stock camaro?

I am no where near stock, and already had a Trifecta tune.

Take a look at my signature for my mods, and my build to see everything.

This was just my testing done a couple times. It is a small upgrade, but is a very powerful one too. Does not increase HP, but throttle response and acceleration is greatly improved.

I installed a Roto Fab CAI on Friday which provided a nice performance and sound upgrade... Then I installed the throttle controller yesterday which really transformed the car. Now it is so much more responsive and fun to drive.

I spent months lurking these forums for quick and easy to install performance upgrades and couldn't be happier with the results of these two mods. It's a different car. Exhaust upgrades are next.

I spent a lot of time reading your posts and I appreciate the effort you put into documenting your findings. The driving experience is like night and day, great mod.
