When you press the lock & unlock button together on the fob , the car will disappear in 30 seconds ...You can also set the timer for up to 60 sec. when you go into the vehicle option settings
To find the car all you have to do is press the panic button , then it will reappear in a snap . You can also adjust that for up to 45 seconds.

Thanks for that - I needed a good laugh!

Pray for luck

My wife has had a VW Passat for over ten years. That puppy looks brand new. I clay it and wax it and use touch up on any small nicks. My rule is to keep up with any little nicks and get the bumper covers painted periodically. If you ignore one ding, then you ignore two and that is the rode to hell.
The Passat looks so good we get windshield offers to buy notes with some regularity.
One other rule. If you have to take your car to the dealer, take it in as pristine as possible. That says, IMHO, I care about this baby dickhead. don't f--- it up.
ps: Get a Griots catalog for touchup tips.

"You Loot, We Shoot" - pretty sure my cousin still has that left over from Hurricane Katrina, maybe I'll just lean it up against the car and exercise my 4th amendment right to bear arms
