Anybody else getting sick and tired of this??? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Every ZL1 video I look at on youtube is filled with Mustang fanboys saying this car will not be a winner the 2013 Shelby is coming out next year with more than 650hp. And another saying they have recorded the new Shelby doing 7:03 times on the Nurburgring. I think they all need to get over it the ZL1 will be very good and I heard they werent even putting 600hp in the new Shelby GT500 the last I heard.

Yep stangers hate us. And there are 2 5.0's in my town that hate the Bee. All they saw was the Tag saying LUV2ROC in their front windows.

Yes I hate ford, I have alot of ford buddies and we always argue. I do think they are nice looking but thats about it.

I did read an article about the Super Snake builds that are available which stated the 2013 GT500 was expected 620bhp and could be pushed up to 800+ for an obscene amount of money. I do believe GM has seen these types of articles and have planned for them. Pony lovers never could really accept defeat so they bash to make themselves feel better. I hear about it all the time because i bought a V6 that supposedly "couldn't get out of its own way much less a out the way of a Ford." I'm counting the days when they will finally shut up due to having nothing to stand on while bashing.

I see it all the time.. its really annoying since most them sound like they have no clue.. you hear like "a camaro ss can never beat a 5.0" when they run simular times its a drivers race.. or you hear them say a bolt-on mustang runs 10s heres the video then you find out that bolt-on mustang has a nitrous shot
What really annoys me is just american dissing american products.. I feel people read it and pushes them to foreign market. In this economy we need to stand together. Dis the GTR, the 370z and so on..

Who cares. Mod your car, and roast everyone. Or don't. Enjoy your car for the reasons you bout it for. I didn't buy it because it was the fastest. If I wanted to do that I would have got a Z06, then Boosted that HUGE 7liter engine and been dominate over many people. I love the Camaro because, though I never owned one before the Gen 5, my cousin and several friends did. We use to get sweaty brows and bloody knuckles working on em when they didn't really even need it. Just a reason to be under the hood. If you want to stress over the Mustang aka "My Little Pony" then your loss. There's always going to be someone who pokes a stick at you. When you get mad about it... they'll do it harder. Just how people are. Usually shows immaturity and confidence issues.

How bout the arguement oh but a couple mods and the mustang will blow it away..
I even heard the mustang is alot cheaper you can use the money you save to mod.. Im like no its really not.. they very close in price..
