very effective ad. takes your mind off this whole bankruptcy thing. however, GM has a lot of work today. starting today, the government will be owning 60% of GM.

don't like the whole green aspect...they are being forced to do that and we all know it...demand is not guiding that decision its politics...

they are forcing them to fail...

they should have went bankrupt in 2008 and if we cut c.a.f.e gm could easily have done the bankruptcy right back in october and re-negotiated or cut the union altogether...toyota and honda do pretty well without a union...

you can't compete with a union in this environment...it worked in the 50's because gm was one of the only games in town...

Awesome stuff here. Finally they are getting it right and not putting a band-aid on this company. They are doing it the correct way so i dont mind my tax dollars are being spent on this mess. I'm a huge gm fan but i was getting frustrated by some of the past cars they made. The interior quality lets face it on some models was horrid and fit and finish left lots to be desired. I always had at least one gm in my driveway and tried a few other brands but the passion for them just wasn't there for me. I build Japanese cars for a living so i take lots of heat from family members for not buying what i make but cars for me are about passion and i cant feel passion for any Japanese car.

the good news for the camaro at least is that...its a hot car now...so hopefully its around for a good long time...i just want my vert...

i heard that the new costs and union wages are at parity with toyota and honda...so i'm a little optimistic...hopefully the ability to have to put higher mpg car's in the fleet becomes cheaper...and with less vehicles and a really high mpg vehicle like the volt hopefully we can keep cars like the camaro and corvette

Getting there.But still not powerful enough.Take a look at wrx commercial .Now that's powerful.Or check out the CR_V commercial from honda.Not real intense .but the popcorn sound and the suv jumping around.it's an attention grabber.G.M.add people suck.The commercial should grab your attention.I think they're ad people are all high.They suck they,re boring.
