A certain company.........

Im usually a patient guy, and Im not one to make a complaint. But Im getting pretty fed up.

Ordered a cam package 1 month ago, waited to get my email about my ordering being shipped, nothing. So I contacted them and simply stated that I havent received any word that it was shipped or not, they said my order got over looked and they would get one for asap from there cam supplier. Ok no big deal.
Few weeks go by and I email them and state I havent received it or any indication about wether it was shipped or not, got a short reply back that they would look into it.
Almost another week has passed and nothing. Emailed them back yesterday and I have not received word back at all..
Anyone else experience difficulty or bad customer service?
I really hope they fix this situation with out further delay, I hate to be the one to complain, but Im getting no where through emails.

btw order placed March 5th, 2013

Havent stated the company name, Im going to get in contact with the company on here and see if they help me there before I go public

While I understand you wanting to hold back and not drag anyones name through the mud on a whim... waiting a month and you havent heard anything more than they are looking into it is poor customer service.

You need to tell us who the vendor is, you're not helping us by not telling.

If the company name begins with L and ends with Racing then yes. I've experienced slow to non existent customer service as well via email / phone.

Please specify who the vendor is.

If you won't name the vendor, howabout the cam package haha? And to address your original question, yes. It would seem that when it comes to true customer service 100% percent of the time and not when the mood strikes you, in the automotive performance industry at least...the shops are VERY few and far between.

Honestly put the name out there. They will just delete the thread like usual if they don't want the vendors name tarnished. It's the norm, I just think people should beware..

Stop wasting everyone's time by not posting the name. If you're not going to post the name, don't start a thread.

Not sure if he posted it prematurely but he has a cam in his sig. That doesn't indicated WHO he bought it from but it narrows the shops down.
