I'm down for the 9th because I'll be at the Cotton Bowl on the 2nd.

Neither because it is a 3 hour drive for me. I would suggest we keep it in OKC because that is a perfect distance for everyone. I really do not see everyone driving to Lawton for a meet. This isnt a flame but just a suggestion.

Can't do the 2nd - going to be out of town visiting family for new years. Voted 9th.

Also, Coop - the idea is that since the Tulsa people are willing to drive down to OKC almost every month to meet, we might return the favor and go up to Tulsa at least a couple of times a year.

Oh I understand. Wasnt trying to say something bad. For me that is just too long of a drive and since I am the only one from Lawton (I know I havent been to any meets but bad timing) a meet probably will not come to my town.

Coop, we still have meets in OKC as well. Maybe once every other month until weather gets nice and we can take some nice criuses around and pictures. I am even down with us all driving to lawton and the top of Mt Scott for photo op. And eat at Meers. It's been a while since I been there!

That would be a great idea, once spring comes around taking a nice drive down to lawton area, only been down there once in my life, resulted in getting into my first and only car accident haha, havent been back since, but i think we definately could go that way one month

The only reason I suggested the 2nd was because that is the ONLY saturday my boyfriend ever has off, but he thinks I'm crazy as it is. . .so he doesn't need to be there

I didn't vote since I live in the Tulsa area (north Bixby/south Tulsa). Did not think that would be fair. Of course, since it is my wife's car, I guess I shouldn't vote anyway.

I'd have to choose Jan. 9th because I would barely be getting back from my ski trip

You guys in Tulsa should vote too. Distance is usually not the problem but the timing of the meet.

I did not vote because it will cut a lot of time off for us Tulsa people, so we will not have to spend as much time to go. This gives us time to do other things if we need to that day.

Either day is good. Put me with the majority. It appears the 9th might be the best date, but I wish Tbarber87's boyfriend could be there on the 9th with her since I am sure she would like him to ride with her on the drive up. Is he going with you in April?

I agree with a drive to Lawton sometime. I have only been there once and it was a long time ago.

HA! No, he works in the food industry (recent culinary grad) so he definately doesn't have the time nor power to take off a full weekend (busiest time of the week) so I'm bringing my bestie She is equally siked about cars as I am, so we will have a blast regardless.

I agree the 9th seems to be the winner, I knew it was a long shot but I thought I would at least try, there are always other months to shoot for a day off
