I doubt the Bose would be any better. The one in the Corvette sucks IMO.

Do the 2013s have USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 inputs?

I'm thinking of getting an external hard drive and essentially having a music server in my console. In lieu of a CD player.

For those of you who added a sub woofer, where did you put it? Is there space for one somewhere? How does the JL 12" fit for those of you who went that direction?

Wish I could have ordered mine without a sound syatem. Save some weight and some $$ on something I could give a rats a$$ about..same goes for power seats..

Thanks for sharing.. lol Anyone try the JL audio stealthbox sub unit that was designed for the Camaro? Apparently this is a new product..

It will fit behind either of the rear tires. ******** makes an enclosure to house the 12. Lots more info in the audio section of the forum.

I just barely fit the JL HO112RG-W3v3 sub in my trunk, but it did go in. Tight fit but tons of bass. Name: jlsub.jpeg

Wonder how that compares price wise and performance wise to the smaller 3 speaker sub woofer enclosure JL makes specifically for the camaro. Did you consider that?

I felt the exact same way when I got my 2SS/RS. What I ended up doing to get a more enjoyable audio was to unplug the centre speaker to get Stereo effect and added two 10" sub in the truck. It's now much better and can live with it. Enjoy the ZL1, I am trading mine in for one in the spring.
